The corporate finance team at James Cowper Kreston recently provided financial due diligence to Sovereign Capital backed Skerritts Group (“Skerritts”) on the acquisition of Hampshire based IFA PS Financial Advisers Ltd. This is the fourth transaction that James Cowper Kreston Corporate Finance has worked on with the Skerritts team.

This year Skerritts has also completed three further acquisitions with the purchase of Geoffrey Craig Limited, Saffron Wealth Management and Chartered IFA Firm Bradbury Hamilton. Together they have added £480 million of AUM.
