Our Corporate Finance Team recently provided financial and tax due diligence services to andwis. Group, backed by H.I.G. Capital, for the acquisition of Elliott Environmental Services Limited (‘EES’).

andwis. Group is one of the UK’s leading technical services providers, specialising in areas such as M&E, lift maintenance, entrance and access security, HVAC, and fire and security. The addition of EES enhances andwis. Group‘s offerings throughout the Southern region, serving the commercial, industrial and residential sectors.

EES, headquartered in Yeovil, Somerset, is a highly respected air conditioning, ventilation, and heating company. Established in 2003, the company has built an excellent reputation over the years for delivering high-quality, cost-effective and reliable solutions to its customers.
