Corporate Finance Team shortlisted as Finalists for the Insider Thames Valley Dealmakers Awards

We are pleased to announce that our Corporate Finance Team have been shortlisted for the following seven categories for the Insider Thames Valley Dealmakers Awards 2023:

• Corporate Finance Advisory Team of the Year
• Deal of the Year (£20-£50m) – Sale of Norman Global Logistics to the Janssen Group of Companies
• Deal of the Year (£20-£50m) – Project Green
• Deal of the Year (Sub £20m) - Sale of Matrix Electronics to Delta Impact
• Dealmaker of the Year - Stuart Williams
• Emerging Dealmaker of the Year - Jack Griggs
• Transaction Services Team of the Year
