Corporate Finance Team shortlisted as Finalists for the Solent Deal Awards

We are incredibly proud to announce that our Corporate Finance team have been shortlisted as finalists in 5 categories in the upcoming Solent Deal Awards 2023:

• Corporate Finance Team of the Year
• Due Diligence Team of the Year
• Young Dealmaker of the Year – Jack Griggs, who has worked on a wide range of local deals during the period
• Sale of Berry Technologies Group to Babble in the Mid-range Deal of the Year category
• The cross border disposals of Blue Rock Systems and Vision Logistical Solutions in the Small Deal of the Year category

The Solent Deal Awards are recognised as one of the leading corporate finance awards in the south and the winners of each category will be announced at a gala awards night taking place on 23 March at The Hilton Ageas Bowl. The awards bring together the leading corporate finance advisors, private equity investors, bankers, lawyers, accountants, and funding specialists from across the region.

In the past 12 months, James Cowper Kreston has advised on over 30 transactions, with the award nominations being testament to the hard work and commitment our team provides on every transaction, maintaining the firms place as one of Solent’s leading corporate finance advisors.
