James Cowper Kreston appoints new Director

Taking effect from 1 November 2024, Nikul Patel is being promoted to Director in the firm’s Corporate Finance team. Nikul has had an important role in the growth and success of the Corporate Finance team and his promotion reflects the firm’s recognition of his contributions.  

Based in the Reading office, Nikul joined our firm working within the Audit and Assurance department and moved into the Corporate Finance team in 2018. Nikul has extensive experience in transaction services across diverse sectors, specialising in acquisition due diligence, pre-lending due diligence and other transaction-related services.
