James Cowper Kreston has successfully advised Kynetec on the acquisition of the Agriculture and Animal Health Division of Ipsos North America

James Cowper Kreston are pleased to announce their involvement on the acquisition of the North American Agriculture and Animal Health division of Ipsos North America by Kynetec. The Corporate Finance team provided lead advisory services and financial due diligence to the acquirer.

Based in Guelph Canada and St. Louis USA, the Ipsos team is well established in providing expertise in custom research. Ipsos offer services to clients within the following three areas; agriculture & professional products, animal health & nutrition and unique markets including; rural lifestyle & construction.

Based in Newbury UK, Kynetec is a global leader in agricultural and animal health market research. The company provides tracking studies, customised research and market research in over 70 core animal health and agricultural markets. The acquisition, alongside substantial investments in innovation, will allow Kynetec to grow its custom research business in North America.
