Kynetec, the global leader in data, analytics and insights for the Animal Health and Agricultural industries, has successfully acquired Neil Clark & Associates. James Cowper Kreston’s Corporate Finance Team acted for Kynetec, providing buy side advisory services; this acquisition marks the seventh time the team have worked alongside Kynetec to achieve a positive outcome.

Having been in operation for over 30 years, Neil Clark & Associates is a market-leading data provider in Australia. It specialises in agricultural and animal health based databases used to provide deeper insights into market trends and enable better business decisions. Its addition to the Kynetec family allows the business to increase the scope of its data sets and continue to provide a competitive edge.
