Our Corporate Finance team recently provided financial due diligence advice to WestBridge backed Tryzens, on their acquisition of Juno Ecommerce Shopify Plus Agency (“Juno”). This is Tryzens’ first acquisition since WestBridge backed the management team in a management buyout, led by Andy Burton, in August 2023.
Juno, founded in 2006 by David Wiltshire and based in Nottinghamshire, is an award-winning Ecommerce & Shopify agency with over 18 years of experience in building and scaling ecommerce stores. They are a fully remote company with teams spread around the country.
Tryzens’ acquisition will enable Juno to expand its range of services to include Tryzens’ market-leading 24/7 LiveOps monitoring, support and security services. Juno’s customers will also benefit from the enhanced customer experience and conversion rate optimisation services which have helped establish Tryzens as a leader in its field. Similarly, the team at Juno will bolster Tryzens’ global Shopify Plus offering, ensuring that the group continues to offer best-in-class capability across each technical platform they engage with.
Andy Burton, Tryzens CEO, said: “We are thrilled to welcome the Juno team into the Tryzens group. They are a really talented team who share common values with us and a passion for driving success for their clients across digital channels. Su, Steve, Alex, and the team will help us reinforce our commitment to delivering exceptional digital commerce solutions and with Juno’s deep expertise in Shopify Plus, we are able to broaden and accelerate our capabilities across another leading digital commerce platform, ensuring we remain experts in our chosen disciplines. Juno joins Tryzens at an exciting time in our growth strategy as we continue to build momentum across new services and new markets, helping us deliver best-in-class solutions tailored to each of our clients.”
Brad McAvoy who led the team at James Cowper Kreston Corporate Finance, commented: “It was great to work with Tryzens and the Westbridge team. This transaction will help Tryzens to expand and enhance their customer experience, continuing to deliver an exceptional service to their clients. We wish them all the best for the future and are excited to see how they grow and develop.’’
