Our Corporate Finance team advises YFM Equity Partners on their investment in Audiological Science Ltd

Our Corporate Finance team recently provided buy side advice to YFM Equity Partners (“YFM”) on their investment in Audiological Science Ltd (“AS”).

Headquartered in London and serving patients nationwide, AS provides hearing tests, hearing aids, and a wide range of audiology services to both NHS and private-pay individuals. As a community-based provider, AS plays a key role in supporting the NHS’s efforts to move low-complexity ear care out of hospitals, reduce waiting times, and free up hospital resources for more complex cases, improving overall healthcare efficiency and patient care.

Founded in 2014, AS has grown significantly to meet increasing demand and works with 9 Integrated Care Boards (ICBs) across England. YFM’s investment will support AS’s ambitious growth plans, enabling further expansion into additional NHS regions as the demand for community-based care continues to rise.
