Our Corporate Finance Team is named as the 2nd most active Financial Adviser in the South East in Experian’s Q1 2024 United Kingdom & Republic of Ireland M&A Review

We are excited to announce that our Corporate Finance Team have been listed in Experian’s United Kingdom & Republic of Ireland M&A Review as the 2nd most active Financial Adviser in the South East in Q1 2024.

In this period, our growing team of 12 Corporate Finance specialists advised on transactions in a range of sectors including TMT, Recruitment, Manufacturing and Information Services.  Notable transactions include:

• Advising YFM Equity Partners on the Management Buy Out of Smart Numbers Ltd
• Advising Chiltern Capital on its investment in Rapid Repair Network
• Advising Psychology Tools on its investment from YFM
• Advising Queen's Park Equity backed Forever on their acquisition of Builders Club
• Advising Compass Recruitment Solutions on its investment from Cow Corner
• Advising Chiltern Capital on its investment in Strata Products

In February, the Corporate Finance Team  were also very pleased to have been shortlisted in two categories at the Solent Deals Awards 2024, including ‘Corporate Finance Team of the Year’ and ‘Due Diligence Team of the Year’.
