Our Corporate Finance Team ranks in the Top 10 most active financial advisers in the South East in Experian 2023 M&A Review

We are thrilled to announce that our Corporate Finance Team have been listed in Experian’s United Kingdom & Republic of Ireland M&A Review, as one of the Top 10 most active Financial Advisers in the South East in 2023.

Over the last year, our growing team of 14 Corporate Finance specialists have advised on over 30 transactions across a range of sectors including TMT, Facilities Management & Technical Services, Financial Services, Logistics and Recruitment. Notable transactions included:

• Advising the shareholders of freight forwarder Norman Global Logistics on its sale to the Janssen Group of Companies
• Advising Matrix Electronics, an electronics kitting and supply chain solutions provider, on its sale to Delta Impact, a subsidiary of NVM Private Equity backed Easby Group
• Advising Axiom Equity on its investment in field service management software provider Joblogic and the subsequent acquisition of Protean Software
• Advising Henry Riley LLP, a UK firm of quantity surveyors and construction project managers, on its partnership with Australian firm TSA Management
• Advising H.I.G. Capital backed andwis on its acquisition of HVAC provider Synecore, Watertite Building Services, Bullet Lift Services and Bullet Training Services
• Advising learndirect on its acquisition of AT&F Solutions, online health & safety training provider
• Advising Alquity on its acquisition of fund management group VAM Funds
• Advising landscaper Urban Planters on their sale to Rentokil Initial plc
• Advising Panoramic Growth Equity (PGE) on its investment in The Artisan Travel Company
• Advising Foresight Group on its acquisition of LionFish Litigation Finance
• Advising Chiltern Capital on its investment in IT distributor Intec Microsystems
• Advising YFM Equity Partners on its investment in London Drainage Facilities

In September, we were delighted to share that our Corporate Finance Team were announced as winners of three award categories at the Insider Thames Valley Dealmakers Awards; Dealmaker of the Year (Stuart Williams), Transaction Services Team of the Year and Deal of the Year (£20-50m) – Norman Global Logistics.

In November 2023, we were also very pleased to have won two award categories at The Business Magazine’s Thames Valley Deals Awards, where our team members won Corporate Finance Adviser of the Year (Stuart Williams) and Young Dealmaker of the Year (Jack Griggs).
