Brad is a Partner in Corporate Finance and Head of Transaction Services at James Cowper Kreston. He qualified as a Chartered Accountant with KPMG in Brisbane, Australia and was a Director in their Transaction Services team before relocating to the UK to join James Cowper Kreston.

Brad specialises in financial due diligence, advising private equity houses, banks and corporates on acquisitions, disposals and refinancing transactions. He has extensive experience leading buy-side and sell-side engagements, critically assessing business performance, identifying key financial risks and opportunities, and supporting clients through to successful completion.

He has a strong sector track record, particularly in Technology & TMT (including software and digital services) and Business Services, as well as experience across Consumer & B2B markets, Engineering & Manufacturing-related services, reflecting his involvement in a wide range of UK mid-market transactions.

Brad is also a Governor and Chair of the Finance Committee at The Avenue School, a special needs school based in Reading.
