Jack is a Corporate Finance Director, specialising in advising owner-managed businesses and financial investors. Jack began his career at PwC, where he trained and qualified before moving to James Cowper Kreston in 2021.

Jack has extensive experience advising on lower mid-market transactions, helping clients maximise value and navigate key strategic decisions. His work spans business sales to trade and financial buyers, acquisitions, management buyouts, complex carveouts, and debt and equity fundraisings. Jack also has considerable international experience, having worked on numerous cross-border transactions and advised clients entering new markets.

Jack is known for his clear commercial insight and his ability to guide clients through complex decisions with confidence. He has been recognised within the South East dealmaking community as both Emerging Dealmaker of the Year and Young Dealmaker of the Year at the Thames Valley Deals Awards.
