Jeremy joined James Cowper Kreston in 2023 as a Director in the Corporate Finance team.

Originally a Chartered Accountant, he trained in Corporate Finance at one of the Big 4 firms in London and has been advising clients on M&A transactions since 2004.

He has extensive experience supporting both private and institutional clients in achieving strategic goals and maximising value across a broad range of sectors. His advisory work includes business sales to trade buyers and financial investors, management buyouts, complex carve‑outs, acquisitions and minority investments, new market‑entry strategies, strategic options reviews and debt and equity fundraising.

Jeremy also has significant international experience, including time living and working in Southeast Asia and advising on numerous cross‑border deals.
