Katy is a Corporate Finance Manager in the Transactions Services team. Katy began her career at PwC and later at JCK, where she qualified in the audit department, before transferring to the Corporate Finance Team.

Since joining the team in 2024, Katy has led multiple financial due diligence engagements, supporting private equity investors and owner-managed businesses throughout the process.

Katy also serves as a Trustee and Treasurer for Windsor Horse Rangers, a volunteer-led charity which teaches young people horsemanship skills, specifically how to care for, handle, ride and connect with horses in a supportive and nurturing environment.
